I know right? They are face to face all night and he can't even recognise her the next day? What is this?!

Yep! I like these little details they put in recently in princess cartoons. The effort to make characters more relatable. That particular scene made me pretty glad, happy and entertained.

And what every other cartoon taught ME is that green in general is the colour of farts and bad smell. Oh...!

I think that that was the point of this movie (Frozen) as opposed to the others: change the way people viewed Disney movies by trying to give them strong women a working logic.

It just occurred to me, Simba was raised by an interspecies same-sex couple and he turned out just fine.

You know its possible to be romantic and flirtatious without actually having sex right then and there? I kinda don't think that's what the animators were trying to indicate. They're showing them in the process of falling in love.. first evening beginning to love someone doesn't automatically equal sex. Plus cats don't mate this way anyway lol :p

I did. When I saw that look there I was like "Oooooh!" Speaking of, in that "Something There" song from Beauty and the Beast, in that part where the other characters won't tell Chip what the "something" is, I was like "Oh my god, is it a sex thing?" (being a kid and only having a nebulous idea of what sex was). I remember being really confused and disappointed that it was just like... love, because why the hell couldn't they tell a kid that?

Well, they did have a kid at the end of the movie. There had to be the moment of conception.

One of the best examples of this is Tamatoa from Moana. If you pause at any time during his scene--it is going to be hysterical!

He also dethroned an incompetent ruler who lived in incredible wealth in a castle which occupies half of the city while his soldiers brutalized the local homlesses.

Or when you try using Shazam to find out what song is playing in the background of a noisy room.
