Welcome to “The Snuggle Is Real,” a very random Instagram account featuring very random animal pics. And when we say random, we totally mean it.
You know how cats are notorious for some of the biggest mysteries on this planet known as “cat logic”? Well, it turns out many other animal species exhibit similar behaviors that defy common sense and everything hoomans think they know about them, creating their own unique sense of… let’s call it “logic.” Hence, we’ve got bird logic, dog logic, reptile logic, you name it.
Another way to look at these random animals caught on camera and find some explanation for their goofiness is realizing they’re just busy doing what they know the best, which is simply living their best life. So yep, it turns out there’s a lot to learn from these awkwardly cute furballs. While the account’s 86.3k followers are probably nodding their heads right now, I leave the stage to animal pics that take randomness to a whole new level.
Psst! Part 1 with more pics of animals having the time of their lives awaits right here.

Pets are notorious for their shenanigans, and it’s something that always makes us crack a smile and lifts up our mood. But some unusual behaviors may also be a sign of something more serious going on with your pet. So in order to find out what exactly a pet owner should know about their weird behaviors, Bored Panda spoke with Dr. Sally Foote, the animal behaviorist who runs “Foote & Friends” clinic in Tuscola, Illinois.
Dr. Sally explained that when you notice your pet acting strangely, you should always look at what is benefiting the pet. “For example, liking objects may be self-soothing. This may be due to anxiety or nausea or intestinal pain, for example.” However, it's always best to talk to your veterinarian about such weird behaviors. “Often there is some kind of physical reason which may be normal or abnormal but presenting in an usual way,” Dr. Sally explained.
On a more positive note, Dr. Sally assured owners that many pets indeed have distinctive traits. “It is a blend of temperament, breed, health, age and just who they are,” she said.
Other explanation for weird behavior quirks is that they’re “a result of brain aging, chronic health conditions such as skin inflammation, joint pain or intestinal pain. Seeing the pet in the home is the best way to assess these 'weird' behaviors,” she concluded.
I remember this. Wasn't the Orangutan trying to help him get away from the snakes he was studying?
he opened the bars like hulk and opened the door like darth vader
This picture is really beautiful tbh. He's like the wizard dog of forest fairies
Did anyone else think "Look at that uncovered hair!" before they even noticed the rat?
The success of the anti-flatulence spell was a source of huge relief to everyone in Rover's immediate vicinity
