As much as we spend time with funny cats, they still sometimes are a real mystery to us humans. To explain what life with these furry creatures is all about, Scott Metzger has been drawing animal cartoons since 1996. His single-panel images cut to the very core of owning a feline, and their humorous nature might just explain to you some of the 'cat logic' that seems impossible to understand and first.
Scott is a proud owner of adorable cats himself who often supplies him with drawing ideas. "My two cats are Hannah (13 years old) and Max (7 years old). Both are rescue cats," he told Bored Panda. "Hannah is part Siamese and part Calico. She's sweet and friendly, but she clearly prefers my wife and 10-year-old daughter. Max is a tuxedo cat, and he loves people - he loves everybody. He'll sit on any available lap."
The artist said that he's been creating these funny cartoons for 22 years mainly because he enjoys making people laugh. "It's a great feeling when a comic connects with people or if someone says they laughed out loud at a silly cat cartoon," he added. "A couple of weeks ago, a woman emailed saying that she battles depression, and my animal comics have made her laugh and feel better. That made my day."

Hah - my tiny mother's massive black cat used to lie on her vacuum and expect her to pull them both around the room.
That monitor is dangerously placed if you have a cat in house!
Lucy the Calico: Max, Use his chest like a trampoline. When he opens an eye, lick the eyeball.
I would love to go shopping inside a huge CATMART! Especially if its full of cats, and they will ignore you all the time.
This would be my cat, Alex. His favorite hobby is to roll on his back and air his junk out.
This is my Scooby. I just tell people, look for the apartment where the black and white Maine C**n is bathing his personal private cat part in the window.
They forgot "attack hooman's ankles every time they have their hands full". ;-)
That cat in left bottom corner is my spirit animal. Content in itself.
My favourite so far. Go to hell... Though isn't he more likely to have shredded knees from the startled cat leaping from his lap?
Sometimes I feel I am living in a Cat-inception sort of world. Cats at home, Bored Panda Cats at office, cats in my neighborhood, cats on flights, cats on buses, cats on mars(its a song). Cats cats cats everywhere. I guess they have already owned me. You guys are next, invasion is near.
I'm starting to wonder if my cats are cats... they never push things off of anywhere, glasses etc included... :x
I personally do not adore cats or actually like them but these cat cartoons are really awesome
