That's pretty cool! I lived in a house dating back to at least the early 18th century but it certainly didn't have title deeds going back that far.

I lived in a cottage in Wales that had been built in 1733.

Wow! That's *terrific*! And it's so pristine and legible! Our family farm had been around for a while - the farmhouse was built in 1834 - and we had the original 'land patent' for it. We had it framed back when I was in high school (glass on both sides - there's writing on the back). It was so old the official seal was attached with a straight pin! It's pretty yellowed and faded, and hard to read. Not sure about the date - there's something on the front that seems to indicate the 1790s. but the back seems to be dated 1805. Hello people the technology is clearly turning on us.

This is the kind of village where everyone is already a millionaire, it's hidden down a small country road, there's only 10 buildings and some gated off houses and it's 30 miles to the closest town. Beautiful places to visit, but best just for lunch in a pub.

Clarification for the non-British: In this case "Smeg" is a brand of appliances, and a hob is a countertop range/cooking surface. It's not a monster from Middle-Earth or anything like that.
