Designers Combined Animals Together And Some Of Them Are So Bad They’re Funny (30 Pic)
InterviewThe world is filled with all sorts of animals and creatures. There are cute ones, scary ones (looking at you, spiders), and magnificent ones. Some, of course, are stranger than others. However, probably nothing will match the creativity and imagination of these designers from DesignCrowd.
DesignCrowd organizes competitions where people display their Photoshop skills and ability to come up with unique ideas. This time the contests were 'Chimaera' and 'Animal Crossbreed' and people delivered. The concepts that they came up with are quite interesting and one of a kind. The Photoshop skills are not always the best, but hopefully, they will still make you laugh and raise your spirits up.

We managed to get an interview with one of the designers that participated in this contest (he created the insect/horse combination) and he told us more about himself and how he got started in digital art: "I liked art and creativity since I was a child. I since then have learned how to use a computer and I became interested in learning to draw in Paint, then in Corel Painter, and finally Photoshop. After that, I started doing 3D modeling."
We asked the artist if he has fond memories of participating in Photoshop contests and how DesignCrowd was helpful to him: "I certainly learned a lot during this period, made friends, had fun, and even earned some money with some jobs."
Well this is the most terrifying thing I've seen that isn't a human
This one is my favourite, looks like something from doctor who!
The artist told us about how his unique animal combination came to life: "The idea came from the theme of this contest that the article is showing. I was looking at reference photos and ended up with a combination of a horse and a grasshopper. So I was cutting out parts of the grasshopper and superimposing it on the horse. In the end, I also used parts of other insects for some details."
The artist tells us more about what he's into today and what he's up to: "Today I don't spend as much time doing Photoshop anymore. However, when I have time, I usually do 3D modeling." 3D modeling is often what follows after digital art for many artists. It opens up a lot of possibilities and career opportunities.
DesignCrowd writes about the goal of their business: "Our mission is to help businesses find the best design in the world, faster, and at a price that fits their budget. We also want to give designers the chance to earn money for their creative skills."
DesignCrowd is a great place for designers and creative people who need a place to unleash it. If you're looking for a website where you can get your own work seen, become better, and meet with other designers - DesignCrowd is for you!
I don't know what this is, exactly, but I can see them dominating the illegal pet trade. Soon they'd become invasive, as people realize its difficult to keep pandapardlemurs, and they'd be found in parks and backyards across the nation.
Do NOT make that mad. That Centiger (centaur plus tiger) looks like it can do a LOT of damage
