On y va! (It means ‘let’s go’ in French 🤓)
Ditto. And my grandparents were Yugoslavian and Hungarian.

Wouldn't you use "Hola" for "Hello" and "¿Qué tal" for "How are you"? Like "¿Hola, qué tal?".
Load More Replies..."S’il vous plait means ‘you’re welcome’ in French"?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
I think it’s similar to Dutch ‘alsjeblieft’ - it literally means the same thing, ‘if it please you’, and can be used for both ‘please’ and ‘you’re welcome’, when handing someone a cup of coffee or something. Bit odd that they mentioned this for the Dutch bit and not the French one, really. Edit: I can see how ‘you’re welcome’ doesn’t really fit, it’s more like ‘there you go’.
