10 Giant Flower Sculptures Made From Dahlias At World’s Largest Flower Parade In The Netherlands
On Sunday, September 4th, the annual ‘Corso Zundert’ Flower Parade took place in the Netherlands. Just like last year, teams of volunteers competed for the best-designed parade float made entirely out of colorful flowers.
Made from thousands of beautiful flowers, we saw 20 different floats featuring everything from mystical creatures to animals to people. This year’s winner, titled “Dangerous Transportation”, featured a beautiful sculpture of a giant orange dragon and was designed by a team called Tiggelaar.

This is phenomenal! Incredibly craftsmanship. I love the creativity and the results. I wonder what the field of flowers look like.

I know (first hand) how difficult and time consuming these floats are. Their smell is INTOXICATING and photos are nice, but nothing beats seeing the beauty in person. Thank you very much for sharing their beauty here on Panda!

I live in the Netherlands but I never seen a flowerparade. These photos makes me want to go to a flowerparade, because these are so beautiful

All the good works and details, like a perfume garden. I wonder what they are gonna do with all them flowers after the show.

Nothing, because they wilt after a few days. The parade is on sunday, the floats are on display on monday and they get destroyed on tuesday.

Those are really cool flower sculptures! They amazed me with the designer's imagination. My gosh, the time and talent that went in to all those floats. The people are to be commended.
