Dementia UK, the provider of specialist dementia support through Admiral Nurses, has created an evocative short film ‘Together Again’. With diagnoses of dementia increasing year-on-year, the film highlights the pivotal role Admiral Nurses can play in helping families reconnect to a loved one with dementia.

Many people unfortunately do not know where to turn to for a service like this and how Admiral Nurses, with their dementia experience and expertise, can help them. Dementia UK is hoping this video will turn the tide, helping to address one of the greatest health concerns of our time.
