Share on FacebookMy recently adopted cat snarls, hisses and growls when I pick her up. Never a bite nor a claw, she licks my hand holding her. She will randomly hiss at the walls and glare around when I put her down. She was "unadoptable" at the high-kill shelter where I met her and was scheduled to be destroyed. However, I managed to talk the tech into releasing her to me. She runs like a crazed spider through the house, loves on all of my friends and is a total lovebug on her terms. She's even nice with the Vet! I will never part with her. I'm so happy she found the "right" pet-parent for her special little self.
