John Fiedler -- classic character actor. He was also Mr. Peterson in the original Bob Newhart Show, and Mr. Hengist in an old Star Trek episode.

Because back then, he had nothing to hide. ^_- (can't give any links now, but I recall seeing a video where they unfold this little detail, that in Disney animated films, the gloves usually mean the character wearing them is hiding something. Could be just a coincidence, or could be a real practice adopted later in the company's career)
