40 Times People Saw Entitled Jerks And Just Had To Share Screenshots On This Online Community
Ah, undeserved entitlement. It’s that thing that makes your first impression of a person go sour in a matter of moments because of how obnoxious, arrogant, and in-your-face high-and-mighty they’re acting. Greedy, needy, and unabashed, the entitled can be found everywhere—you just need to keep an eye out for those who believe they’re at the center of the known universe.
There’s an online community that’s entirely dedicated to shaming entitled people, and it’s a heck of a ride. We’ve compiled some of the subreddit’s best posts to show you the insane levels of entitlement some folks can reach, and it’s making our eyebrows rise high enough to merge with our hairlines.
Scroll down, upvote your fave pics, and be sure to let us know in the comments what the most entitled people that you’ve ever seen have done. Got any tips on how to deal with the ultra-entitled? Let us know as well.

It's Really Not That Hard...
With over 284k members, the subreddit is doing very well for a community that is just over a couple of years old. The subreddit’s moderators want to show the internet what others’ experiences with people who “always get their own way and are better than everyone” have been like.
However, just because a person’s entitled, it doesn’t mean that they deserve getting hate online. For this reason, the subreddit forbids including any information that could make it possible to identify the people connected to any posts. From names and phone numbers to addresses and locations, it’s best to keep those things private. People change, after all, and you never know if somebody who was narcissistic yesterday might have turned into a Good Samaritan today.

Entitled Woman Knows The Owner
According to ‘Better Help,’ a sense of entitlement is considered to be a personality trait where a person believes that they deserve privileges or recognition that they didn’t earn. One way that a person can become entitled is growing up in a household where they don’t learn how to earn rewards which makes them expect them for nothing when they grow up.
In short, entitled people make life all about them: everything has to benefit them, everything is about them, and they believe they’re superior to everyone else. That means that the entitled rarely compromise with others, they lack empathy, and they get frustrated when the world doesn’t rush to fulfill their every whim.

While it’s obvious that entitled folks have a strong desire to be at the center of attention, some of them do this through self-pity and playing the victim. Though they might seem extremely confident on the surface, some of them have a lot of insecurities that they’re working through.
In fact, research shows that entitled people can end up hurting not just those around them, but also themselves because they have unrealistic expectations which can’t be met sometimes.

Eb At A Restaurant
I'm so sick of "influencers" and such trying to get free crap. We have def gone wrong as a society to make people believe that this type of behavior is appropriate. I hope the restaurant owner replied back that they were glad she enjoyed the food and that she didn't need her influencers. Why do people not get that business run on money- the income they make from whatever they sale or produce? Ridiculous. Perhaps I should get off bored panda at 4 am because I have no filter to not comment on such crap.
What Did You Think Was Gonna Happen, Sarah?
a skeleton crew should stay at the store 30 minutes after closing 7 days a week just in case Sarah L. needs some gum, or a magazine, or can of tuna.
Load More Replies...People would always try to ring through after the phone lines closed at six at one of my jobs. Then leave lots of angry voicemails and send stroppy emails complaining about the lack of service. The phones were open between 8am and 6pm, why wait until after it’s closed to try and ring?? You had all day to phone! Never understand why people don’t understand working hours.
I'm an assistant to a specialist doctor at a hospital. All of our offices are only open during the week. People will call at 10pm on a Saturday and leave messages about how no one answers the phone... why would I be there at 10pm on a Saturday?!
Load More Replies...She probably also shows up at a restaurant five minutes before closing and expects a table and full service from the kitchen.
Because sellers don't have the right to have a house to go and a private life to take care.
So she has something or someone to complain about.
Load More Replies...why not do what everyone else does Sarah and be a normal and respecting human being? come back tomorrow when they ARE open, It's quite simple, you should try it one day
I hate people who do this. It runs rampant in restaurants! People assume that since you're still cleaning up, you obviously want more customers making a mess because you apparently dont ever want to go home!
or because their license tabs were due yesterday, and they've already had a month and 1/2 to get them.
Load More Replies...If you have been shopping here for years, you should know when the damn close.
One restaurant I worked at, once a week this entitled man would come in 5 minutes before closing. I always had side work so I really didnt mind except being a female at night my boss didnt want one person alone so naturally a cook would have to wait too. Well his orders got more complicated & he was then demanding well done steak etc. If you work in food service, you know this takes at least 20-30 mins for just the steak to cook. That put us at least another hour before we could clock out. My boss was all about customer service so he tolerated it a bit. I always thought maybe he had just gotten off work etc & thats why he was always late coming in....til I noticed one night that he had pulled into the parking lot and literally waited in his car until 5 minutes til closing. When he walked in, I asked him if he realized we were closing. He said oh yeah, but I enjoy the quiet so I prefer the restaurant being closed while I enjoy my dinner. I put a stop to that immediately.
I think if you show up anywhere after closing they lock the doors 😂😂 duhhh!!!! Learn lol
Yeah people do that at restaurants to Hey There we were we're already starting to close did you came in last minute or after and when a whole bunch of s***. One time me and the manager were chatting chatting at the front of the restaurant it's about two hours after we closed everyone's gone home chairs around the table pretty much most of the lights are off and income somebody doesn't even look around and starts trying to order me and my manager looking each other look back at the person sitting sorry we're closed they find me look up why was the door open cuz we were just getting ready to leave and everything's off.
This reminds me of a story: a friend of mine, French-Iranian, was driving through Italy when his car broke down. It was Sunday and he was in a little village middle in nowhere, yet the locals showed him a small autoshop where he could ask to repair the car. The owner only accepted cash, which my friend didn't have on him as much as required. The owner called around and brought him to a small bank that was closed, of course. Minutes later, the bank director arrived on a bicycle, opened the branch and gave him his money to pay the autoshop. Fun fact: neither the owner nor the bank director nor any other locals understood other languages than Italian, which my colleague didn't speak :)
Having worked in retail, I can assure you that people do indeed feel like they are entitled to extend YOUR work day for THEIR convenience even if you've been on your feet all day dealing with customers who made the effort to come in during normal business hours. I can guarantee you if you came into their business/office/whatever after hours and tried to demand service, you wouldn't get it.
For some people it looks like a achievement to sneak into stores right before closing. Strange behavior!
OMG like why arent these folks thrilled to have me casually browse the store after hours for a $20 purchase instead of going home to be with their families. Only mistake they made was not locking up 2 minutes BEFORE closing. Seriously I wont even walk into a biz if they are about to close out of respect for the folks working there.
I don't understand how some people don't understand the concept of trading hours??? We close at 17:00 and still people will try to enter the shop. If you ask them to please leave because you are closed they threaten to call head office.
😆 Yep, funny that, who would have thought they might want to go home after running round after people all day.
Yea because staff totally want to wait ages for you to finish your shopping, because someone doesn't know what closing time means.

I pulled up and parked in a handicap accessible spot in front of the hospital (I had a legal permit) and got out the car. This man pulled his car behind mine and started calling me some of the most vile names I have ever heard in my entire life. I just looked at him, walked around the car, got Mom's walker out of the backseat and then opened her door to help her out. The guy's face went ashen and he sped away. Imagine his surprise when he got on the elevator with us.

Around 550 ce, Yüwen Tai (in northern China) had lost an extremely important battle to the Ch'i and was on the run. He was captured. Yüwen told his captor, "If you capture me, you'll be out of work. Why don't you go take the gold in my tent?" Yüwen was released, and his grandson eventually destroyed the Ch'i.

The majority, if not all of these posts are American people; I'm not saying there's not spoilt entitled people everywhere, but it seems very prevalent in the good old USA :P
Yeah lmao, unfortunately it's not exclusive to the US. I sort of wish it was, because at least then, I'd know that despite the assholes in my country, there are other good people elsewhere

Once I was on a plane, almost empty, and I'm trying to lie down, because the seets next to me were empty. So I'm getting comfotable( And I'm a 5 year old) and this Karen taps on my shoulder, shakes her head at me, and says" You're disturbing the other passangers" I just nod, but I'm thinking, What other people? There is literally 3 other 8 people on this whole plane!( I don't have pictures)
Posts like this just get me so riled up. People being so stupid and ignorant is the last thing I want to deal with. No anger to the writer, of course! Only to the idiotic people in this thread. I can't understand how people can have such a lack of compassion and empathy or understanding for other human beings, truly. To calm down I will now listen to girl in red for a bit :P
just the right balance that it doesn't make me mad enough to hate the thread but also keeps me entertained, rather than miffed.

Prior to Covid I traveled the country working autoshows. A few years back I'm working the Pittsburgh. Got off work, ordered Chinese takeout from a hole in the wall. Placed my order, and then sat in the lobby staring at my phone. A white family comes in. Out of courtesy, I acknowledge them by head nodding like how black dudes greeting in passing. A few seconds goes by and the dad impatiently asks, "So are you going to seat us or what?" Mind you, I'm wearing a full suit with a magnetic name badge that clearly says my name and Ford Motor Company. This is where the story could've ended but I decided to be a d**k. So I got up, grabbed some menus, and sat them. Promptly sat my ass back down. Dad blurts out he's ready to order. When he asks why I'm not writing anything down, I reassured him I memorized everything...only to sit right back in the lobby. Dad is livid. Confronts me. Owner overhears commotion, brings out my food. Stare family dead in the eyes, point to my name badge, & strut out. Nick-Auto-...8ddb9e.jpg
“I don’t work here” is all you had to say. Why be an ass about it?
