40 Times People Saw Entitled Jerks And Just Had To Share Screenshots On This Online Community
Ah, undeserved entitlement. It’s that thing that makes your first impression of a person go sour in a matter of moments because of how obnoxious, arrogant, and in-your-face high-and-mighty they’re acting. Greedy, needy, and unabashed, the entitled can be found everywhere—you just need to keep an eye out for those who believe they’re at the center of the known universe.
There’s an online community that’s entirely dedicated to shaming entitled people, and it’s a heck of a ride. We’ve compiled some of the subreddit’s best posts to show you the insane levels of entitlement some folks can reach, and it’s making our eyebrows rise high enough to merge with our hairlines.
Scroll down, upvote your fave pics, and be sure to let us know in the comments what the most entitled people that you’ve ever seen have done. Got any tips on how to deal with the ultra-entitled? Let us know as well.

It's Really Not That Hard...
With over 284k members, the subreddit is doing very well for a community that is just over a couple of years old. The subreddit’s moderators want to show the internet what others’ experiences with people who “always get their own way and are better than everyone” have been like.
However, just because a person’s entitled, it doesn’t mean that they deserve getting hate online. For this reason, the subreddit forbids including any information that could make it possible to identify the people connected to any posts. From names and phone numbers to addresses and locations, it’s best to keep those things private. People change, after all, and you never know if somebody who was narcissistic yesterday might have turned into a Good Samaritan today.

Entitled Woman Knows The Owner
According to ‘Better Help,’ a sense of entitlement is considered to be a personality trait where a person believes that they deserve privileges or recognition that they didn’t earn. One way that a person can become entitled is growing up in a household where they don’t learn how to earn rewards which makes them expect them for nothing when they grow up.
In short, entitled people make life all about them: everything has to benefit them, everything is about them, and they believe they’re superior to everyone else. That means that the entitled rarely compromise with others, they lack empathy, and they get frustrated when the world doesn’t rush to fulfill their every whim.

While it’s obvious that entitled folks have a strong desire to be at the center of attention, some of them do this through self-pity and playing the victim. Though they might seem extremely confident on the surface, some of them have a lot of insecurities that they’re working through.
In fact, research shows that entitled people can end up hurting not just those around them, but also themselves because they have unrealistic expectations which can’t be met sometimes.

Eb At A Restaurant
I'm so sick of "influencers" and such trying to get free crap. We have def gone wrong as a society to make people believe that this type of behavior is appropriate. I hope the restaurant owner replied back that they were glad she enjoyed the food and that she didn't need her influencers. Why do people not get that business run on money- the income they make from whatever they sale or produce? Ridiculous. Perhaps I should get off bored panda at 4 am because I have no filter to not comment on such crap.

I pulled up and parked in a handicap accessible spot in front of the hospital (I had a legal permit) and got out the car. This man pulled his car behind mine and started calling me some of the most vile names I have ever heard in my entire life. I just looked at him, walked around the car, got Mom's walker out of the backseat and then opened her door to help her out. The guy's face went ashen and he sped away. Imagine his surprise when he got on the elevator with us.

Nobody Wants To Pay A Bare Minimum Of 250 Dollars In Gifts To Go To A Wedding
Yeah, can you imagine how much of those you can get without being bitched at for getting 'wrong' gift?
Load More Replies...I had something similar happening to me. A old friend of mine and I weren't talking for a few years. We didnt had a fight or anything be he is just never keeping up and I got tired of chasing him. I got a whatsapp saying how sad he was about us drifting apart and how much he would like me to go to his wedding. I live in another country and am quite broke so it was a big effort for me to pay for the flights, clothes and hotel but at the end I decided to go because I felt bad about saying no and also I would see other old friends. Apparently the minimum gift allowed was 100 euros and the bride got super mad at me for not giving one. I paid way more just to be there. After the wedding (a year and a half ago) I didnt recieve any other message from my 'friend'. Obviously they only wanted me there for the money.
I’d use my $250 on ramen sushi dumplings milk boba and mochi so I could eat all my favorite foods instead of going to their crappy wedding 😋😋😋
For $250, I can get a really posh bed & breakfast weekend for me and hubby, with amazing croissants. Sooo... yeah, I'd skip that wedding!
That’s just greedy. What most people getting married, especially when young and just starting out, should concentrate on are practical things they actually need to set up housekeeping together. There are some really pretty sets of Corelle dinnerware—-and Corelle will last you FOREVER!—-that you can get 10-12 place settings for, which will cost under $200. Even less if you register and people buy it by the place setting. Same goes for a load of Oneida flatware sets for 12, and really nice complete cookware sets. Everyday dishes, flatware, and a durable set of pots and pans are three things they will get a lot of use from and be incredibly glad to have, whether the marriage lasts or not.
I would show up with the absolute cheapest, most unappealing gift ever. Like a painting of a naked mole rat and demand that they pay for the painting.
"So much people here", are they a side dish for all the beer and cake?
I think if there was so many people coming, they wouldn’t have tried to sell them in cake, beer, and cocktails
I'd use $250 to buy chips, boba, coffee, donuts, and movies online.
Hey, I just noticed that it says IF you’re buying us gifts... Guess I wouldn’t be buying them a gift.
I once had someone basically demand I attend their destination wedding. She didn't want gifts, but I was expected to come up with a few thousand dollars to be able to go. I tried to convince her that it wasn't personal, we (my husband and I just got married a year before) just couldn't afford it at the time. Destroyed the friendship ultimately. Her thought was "if you were really a friend, you would do this for me", mine was "if you were really my friend, you would understand why I can't"
Hope that $250 demand was worth it, because it just cost you a friendship. (But seriously - you were friends with someone THAT shallow?)
Weddings have gotten so out of hand! It's all about money and not the unity of two people.
in my country, giving a money gift to the young couple instead of anything else is the custom... from the poorest to the richest, this is expected, and the "convetion" is that the gift is to cover at least the cost of the menu (hence, if someone invites you to a place that you know is too expensive for you, you might be inclined to decline and only show up at church or civil service ). After such a wedding, the young couple can have enough money to cover the costs of the wedding and sometimes even some left to pay for the honeymoon, a car or sometimes (if u have richer guests) the down payment on a small house, which is a gift from everybody attending to the new couple. I find it simplifies things immensely for both guests and the marrying couple. But, being the social norm here, nobody actually asks for the money, it is just how things happen. I can see how asking for it would make things odd.
This person forgot long ago that gifts should come from the heart. Or she never learned.
Hahah, i bet those ppl who confirmed would have bought crappy gift to teach her a lesson. I would have done that for sure, and she couldnt have known until she unboxes the gifts aftet the wedding..lol!!
“MUCH people?” Hopefully one of them is a grade school grammar teacher.
You could give them a card that says you included a note for the IRS with your income taxes that asked that $500 of your taxes...dang, even $1,000 of your taxes!!!...be devoted to making the world a better place for their children.
I've never understood why getting married means you receive gifts or money. I understand annual events that everyone has because those gifts get reciprocated but not events that not everyone does and that some people do multiple times.
Couples used to get gifts to start their household. These days, many people set up house well before getting married. Pretty much all I wanted as a wedding gift was a spoon that didn't bend when I scooped out ice-cream.
Load More Replies...OMG, this logic and level of entitlement must be so common in the US! I mean, I can't imagine someone actually wanting to marry her when she treats people like this. They're GUESTS, you invited them. You don't get to expect anything in return
It's not common. That's why it makes these lists. Because it's shocking that someone would actually behave that way.

Quite The Way To Put It
Around 550 ce, Yüwen Tai (in northern China) had lost an extremely important battle to the Ch'i and was on the run. He was captured. Yüwen told his captor, "If you capture me, you'll be out of work. Why don't you go take the gold in my tent?" Yüwen was released, and his grandson eventually destroyed the Ch'i.

Yeah lmao, unfortunately it's not exclusive to the US. I sort of wish it was, because at least then, I'd know that despite the assholes in my country, there are other good people elsewhere

Once I was on a plane, almost empty, and I'm trying to lie down, because the seets next to me were empty. So I'm getting comfotable( And I'm a 5 year old) and this Karen taps on my shoulder, shakes her head at me, and says" You're disturbing the other passangers" I just nod, but I'm thinking, What other people? There is literally 3 other 8 people on this whole plane!( I don't have pictures)
Posts like this just get me so riled up. People being so stupid and ignorant is the last thing I want to deal with. No anger to the writer, of course! Only to the idiotic people in this thread. I can't understand how people can have such a lack of compassion and empathy or understanding for other human beings, truly. To calm down I will now listen to girl in red for a bit :P

None of these actually happened. Attention-seeking people making this stuff-up has got to be the saddest thing to come out of the internet.
Prior to Covid I traveled the country working autoshows. A few years back I'm working the Pittsburgh. Got off work, ordered Chinese takeout from a hole in the wall. Placed my order, and then sat in the lobby staring at my phone. A white family comes in. Out of courtesy, I acknowledge them by head nodding like how black dudes greeting in passing. A few seconds goes by and the dad impatiently asks, "So are you going to seat us or what?" Mind you, I'm wearing a full suit with a magnetic name badge that clearly says my name and Ford Motor Company. This is where the story could've ended but I decided to be a d**k. So I got up, grabbed some menus, and sat them. Promptly sat my ass back down. Dad blurts out he's ready to order. When he asks why I'm not writing anything down, I reassured him I memorized everything...only to sit right back in the lobby. Dad is livid. Confronts me. Owner overhears commotion, brings out my food. Stare family dead in the eyes, point to my name badge, & strut out. Nick-Auto-...8ddb9e.jpg
“I don’t work here” is all you had to say. Why be an ass about it?
