While unasked-for grammatical corrections are always, uh, *appreciated*, Pixie is essentially a kitten with a child-level intellect. She's cute and cutesy and also (here's the most important fact) she is NOT REAL. So I don't think her grammar needs to be corrected; "tooths" is perfectly acceptable grammar for a cartoon kitten. Plus, as a drawing on a computer screen, I do not think Pixie is capable of accepting or following "grammatical advice". :)

I think the plural for kitten tooths is "teefers." ;)

This is one of the most beloved cartoons that appear on Bored Panda, we enjoy the childlike innocence of Pixie who is probably equal in development to a human, four year old child. The use of incorrect grammar enhances the character and is a part of her, the cartoonist doesn't require "grammatical advice" for a character they created. No doubt I made numerous grammatical errors in my response to your comment. However, I also don't require any advice.

You must be fun at parties. It’s a cartoon, and meant to illustrate how young Pixie, a kitten, is. Children often just put an “s” at the end of a word to make it plural, even if it isn’t grammatically correct. Pull the broomstick out of your a*s and just enjoy.

When I speak for Bouche or other people speak for cats (or dogs) it's not grammatically correct. The first serious cat meme site is called I can has Cheezburger? Incorrect grammar in animal-speak is a thing. It's all in fun, and it's okay.

Hello, your friendly neighbourhood language services worker and ex-translator here. I do believe that this was a conscience choice on behalf of the comic writer. The little kitten, Pixie, is supposed to be quite young and the comic artist employs a lot of child-like phrases, terms, and improper grammar for this cute character. Essentially, the artist is trying to mimic a young child may talk.
