For me, getting lots of sunshine and making an effort not to touch/pick at my skin. But there are also special creams you can get at a dermatologist, I think. Also making an effort to do things to calm down more, stress affects skin health.
oh dear god I need answers to this as well
its pretty much unavoidable but to make it less bad you can use cleansers w salicylic acid--if ur worried that ur too young to use it you can try just making sure your face is clean and changing your pillowcase often! pimple patches also help w smoothing down my acne but it doesnt really get rid of the redness.
DO NOT put makeup on it (or at least not overly much if its really bad) and dooooo nottttt pop pimples it gets worse and it leaves scarring sometimes.
all in all just dont mess with it too much, and keep your surroundings clean.
I understand it can be very annoying, but remember that you are beautiful with or without acne
So far, everyone has given you very good advice. I know mine may sound weird, but a lot of facial acne can also be attributed to overlooked dental problems. Regular trips to the dentist for deep cleaning and xrays, on top of your normal brushing and flossing, can do more to alleviate serious acne than any topical medications.
