My name is Isaque Arêas (Facebook page is Life, Art and Times) and I’m a Brazilian artist. I really love Disney movies, and I’m about to tell you the story of my artwork: “Before and After – Disney Princesses.”
I started this Disney drawing project in 2013. The first idea was a little bit crazy but “I love crazy” (if you are a Disney fan you will get it)! I was watching the Hollywood artists getting older and the people from movies getting older, and I thought “What if Disney Princesses were artists in their own movie? Why aren’t Disney Princesses getting older too?.” Then I started drawing, but my skills were not that good by that time, and I gave up.
Some days ago, I restarted the project. Why? I really don’t know why but I restarted it. So after counting the Disney princess ages, the drawing part followed.
When I was a child I used to identify myself with several characters and my first objective with this artwork was to show people – mainly women – that they can identify with a Disney princess even if they get old. I saw the objective being reached when people commented on the photos things like “OMG! She looks like my mom!” or “she’s my age now, and she’s beautiful.” Even older we can be beautiful, kind, strong, gentle, and smart like Disney characters – we can be children inside.

Share on FacebookThese look great! It would be nice to see the princes when they are older too.
Snow White was moaning the other day about how all the good roles and big productions are going to much younger, newly-invented characters. Call her a "legend" and she snaps, too.
Ah, Betty White and Julie Andrews. Wouldnt everyone want to age like them! The princesses look much more wise and likeable with a few or more years added!
I guess you do have it right although I would like a update since it is currently year 2024 and I am genuinely curious how old would they be in the distant to far future year 2065 but I guess maybe I am thinking of the answers already with Princess Snow White in 2065 will be 142 years old, Belle in 2065 will be 91 years old, Princess Ariel in 2065 will be 92 years old, Princess Jasmine in 2065 will be 88 years old, Princess Cinderella in 2065 will be 134 years old, Princess Pocahontas in 2065 88 years old, Princess Aurora in 2065 will be 122 years old, and Princess Mulan in 2065 will be 83 years old. And technically the original version here set in 2015 should have finer close up details such as fine lines, wrinkles, finer detail skin sagging. With Facial aging/facial skin aging the fine lines (which formed through various different factors such as dynamic wrinkles and static wrinkles) usually progressive gradually develop into forming wrinkles incorporated.
Additionally what else should also be incorporated is With Facial aging/facial skin aging the fine lines (which formed through various different factors such as dynamic wrinkles and static wrinkles) usually progressive gradually develop into forming wrinkles(also formed and developed through various different factors such as dynamic wrinkles and static wrinkles) usually progressive gradually develop into forming finer detail skin sagging which progressive gradually develop into forming the broad strokes skin sagging outline. The skin aging of the rest of the body for example the females with their chest, chest skin, breasts, and breasts skin have similarities but still also additionally have differences also.
Load More Replies...This is great, but could you do when they were little? That would be super cute!
What about Princess Tiana? She's apart of the disney Women. Technically Pocahontas in Mulan were not princesses but it's right to include them. Tiana actually became a princess after she married. Just saying! But these are awesome! Very good! :)
I feel like they're all too young, especially the ones in their 40's (and some of the 30's).
All the ethnic princesses look like they've barely suffered at all from aging. The European ones...wow. Definitely pushing 100, and it looks painful!
I love how this brings life to the Disney princesses! It's hard to bring life to a cartoon, but you really brought life to these characters. Great job!
Great job!!!.. Good references. In fact, now I remember, somewhere I read or watched that Alyssa Milano was the Inspiration for Ariel (you know, that time was like wow! sexy teenager). But I think that Cameron was Perfect for her.
Next time check twice before you say something rude because maybe your the one who needs help with math :)
@Astatine No you don't know math. She is correct because if in 1950 she was 19 , that's 19 + 65 which is 84. You forgot to add her age.
I can't stand Disney, but I thought this was a cool project and a great job.
