These are my interpretations of some Disney animals if they were human. I’ve often wondered what these Disney characters would look like if they were human, and I have enjoyed others’ illustrations of this personification concept. But I noticed that most of these versions lacked character consistency of the funny animals, thus making them not quite as believable and lovable.
I decided to do my animal drawings in the styles of their movies, and keep consistent shape language and features to interpret the famous characters more thoroughly and believably. I’ve enjoyed drawing these Disney movie stars, and I hope you like them!

Aristocats
This is my interpretation of Duchess and Thomas O’Malley if they were human!
I think this one was harder, because O’Malley’s such a bulky character, in the face and build, so he makes kind of a funny-looking human. And maintaining the 1900-1910s look was hard to do for Duchess because her hair would look much better as a 20s girl~ but I found an appropriate hairstyle
The Lion King
This is my interpretation of Simba and Nala if they were human!
“This is Nala! She’s my best friend!” I originally wasn’t going to draw them because I already have a favorite version of them as humans! But today I thought “WHY THE HECK NOT!” So I did it.
I try to keep character consistency with facial features and colors (with a bit of inspirational flair from the musical).
Jungle Book
Bagheera and Baloo if they were human.
Bolt
Mittens and Bolt if they were human.
Oliver And Company
This is my interpretation of Dodger, Oliver, and Rita if they were human.
The picture looked so unbalanced with just Dodger and Oliver, so I added Rita in there (because she’s one of my favorite animal characters)
Tarzan
Terk and Tantor if they were human.
Disney Horses
This is my interpretation of Samson, Pegasus, Frou Frou, and Khan if they were human! I just chose a few of my favorite horses, and I may do some more. Still laughing about how Frou Frou is virtually the only female Disney horse.

I'll consider it! I just wanted to stay way from the more anthropomorphic characters, due to how human they look already XD But we'll see! :D

I love these, and you're right. Many of the other animal to human artists lose a lot of personality in the transition. Your characters are all spot on. I really enjoyed them.

This was so accurate! Honestly I was a little tired of looking at google images and just wondering what exactly the artists were pulling from the animal to put in their human counterparts, but you put the whole essence of the character! Long story short, absolutely love it!!!

Thank you! You know, I thought about drawing them but I remembered the movie conveyed that owners looked like their dogs and dogs looked like their owners. I felt like it would just end up looking like Roger and Anita with black hair or something silly like that. But I suppose I could try.. ;)
