Artist Turns Disney Characters From Animals To Humans And Vice Versa (22 New Pics)
We all come to recognize and appreciate what the most memorable characters from Disney classics look like. They all have their own distinct aesthetic, style, and character traits. Alex Pick has "shuffled the deck," as it were, and created his own series of Disney 'humanimals,' where he inverts the human characters into animals and animals into humans. And even though the transformations are radical, they're all accurate and true to the spirit of the character.
Alex Pick has been drawing ever since he could hold a pencil, and never wanted to do anything else. He grew up inspired by Disney animation, and even dreamed of becoming an animator for Disney himself. Even though this dream didn't turn out to be true, as the saying goes, as one door closes, another one opens. Which is why he's doing these series, and gaining thousands of loyal fans with each submission.

Kanga And Roo, From Winnie The Pooh
Even without working at Disney, he has a solid professional success: Alex works as a designer at a German animation studio by day, and draws a lot of fanart after it. His favorite Disney movies are classics like The Little Mermaid, 101 Dalmatians, Aladdin, and Beauty and the Beast. But he also likes contemporary 3D movies like Tangled, Moana, and Frozen as well.
Tigger & Eeyore
Eeyore is definitely an Emo- he has a my Chemical Romance T-shirt on under the grey hoodie
Owl, Rabbit & Gopher, From Winnie The Pooh
For those of you wanting to comment that humans are animals, hold your horses. It wasn't the artist's idea to call it like that. He noticed a few artists doing takes on this theme, and wanted to try his hand himself. And he really enjoys doing it. He's planning to do a take on movies like Zootopia, The Lion King, and others, so keep your eye out!
Lady Kluck, From Robin Hood
Mowgli As A Wolf
It isn't the first time he's been in Bored Panda's spotlight with these wonderful creations of his. Here's the link to the first part of this series, and as you can imagine, it's as great as this one. If you like his work, or you're a Disneyhead just like him, you can check him out on Instagram, or even become one of his 135k followers, who are always eager to see what he comes up with next. And if you just love anything Disney, here are some the most recent posts here on the topic, such as Disney princesses going through pregnancy, what if Disney had modern technologies, and another topic from Alex Pick doing covers of popular movie posters with Disney characters.

Load More Replies...Few people notice the intentional and direct connection between these characters and the Magnum PI/ Indiana Jones characters... And now you cannot un-think it.
Which one is Chip and which is Dale? I never knew. They are called Chip and Chap in Germany by the way.
Chip is the one with the black nose. Dale has the red.

It's amazing how the characters' characteristics remain in the transformations, the artist deserves to be applauded 👏👏👏
I actually wondered if this could be any good and it totally is. Most are spot on. Very nicely done.
These are sooo good and you can definitely see the same characteristics.
I'm not a big fan of "Disney princesses in 2020 style", "Disney princesses as mothers", "Disney princesses in lockdown"... posts but this one is very creative and very well done! Most of them were spot on and this was very creative, not a copy/paste of Disneys pictures with differents outfits but new characters. Great work!
they still look exactly like the character, but also different. these were so cool
This is hands down the coolest post I've seen with humanized characters! Spot on with all of them!
Well, not really - this one actually showcases the artist's ability to emulate the style of Disney's illustrators and is interesting to look at as a creative exercise.
