I’m a photographer from Romania, who documents theatre in Bucharest, especially the dance scene.
In 2011, I decided to move the stage in the urban space and so I created the ‘Dancing Bucharest’ project.

A city that is alive and spontaneous, it’s geometry and architecture – all together as a source of pleasure and inspiration, unlike a simple studio.
At that moment I felt the images breaking from ordinary and having their own personality and soul.
