Dad Trolls Daughter By Recreating Her Racy Selfies, Ends Up Getting 2x More Followers Than Her (New Pics)
Chris “Burr” Martin is a podcaster and comedian, but you probably know him best as the dad who hilariously trolls his daughter’s selfies on Instagram.
We’ve written about him before (here and here), but since then his Instagram following has more than doubled to 135k followers (which is also double his daughter's following) thanks to his brilliantly fun and light-hearted shaming of Cassie’s selfies. Whether he’s mocking her eyebrows, glasses, tattoos or poses, the Washington-based father faithfully recreates Cassie’s pictures while infusing them with a hint of his own trademark sense of humour. The result is both amusing and adorable, not least because he and his daughter have so much fun doing them. Don’t forget to vote for your favourite!

I don't get what the selfie takers think is so appealing about their unnatural poses, nor about them in general. Maybe I'm old now, but I truly don't get the whole "selfie" junk.

Teens are so narcissistic these days. bloated egos. Also they don't tell young girls to not to post sexy and revealing pictures just for the fun of it. What if some weirdo stalked her and found her and did something terrible because he/she became obsessed over those pictures. It has happened. Teens act ridiculous and think they are untouchable, until something bad happens that they could have avoided.

Saying "something bad...they could have avoided" shames the woman and puts the onus on her for the man's reaction to her. If a man stalks or rapes a woman, it's not her fault. It's not up to women to cover and hide themselves. You simply do not like the idea of other women flaunting their bodies and feel it's up to you to police them.

She's slutty because she thinks she looks good? Um, okay, that's not judgy at all...I personally wouldn't take these kinds of pictures of myself (not really my style), but taking pictures of oneself and admiring yourself isn't slutty. And quite honestly, I don't think that term should be applied to anyone, much less teenage girls
