Normally I'm the one to say I don't care about the weight, the humans are beautiful in any skin, but here is a proof to me that these people truly look like the full potential versions of themselves. In some instances they are fairly bland and not so attractive before, but in most after pictures they become truly head turners. More incentive for me to loose the few extra pounds!

I'm 100% alright with folks getting healthy and everything. I just hope they realize they were beautiful to begin with. Love lends a light that bodies can't contain. And that's a beautiful thing.
