WE WANT POCKETS!

My husband was telling me off for having my phone in my back pocket sighting how insecure it was. So I demonstrated how my front pockets are so shallow that if I have my phone there a single step flips it on to the floor.

I think this is because if women put things in their pockets it throws off her "natural body shape" and would "ruin all of her sexy curves". I totally think it's a sexist move designed to allow men to keep objectifying women's bodies.

I lost a car key because of goddamn jean [pockets like this! It couldn't hold a car key while I was out just walking around!

Damn you Big Purse.

Absolutely hate this. I carry everything in my pockets... not a purse/bag girl.

A reason why I, a female, wear men's jeans.

While it's true feminine clothing often gets shorter or no pockets, I have never owned or even seen a pair of jeans with pockets that large until now. 😂

They're in cahoots with the purse designers....think about it.

I am a fit engineer/technical Designer in the fashion industry. I agree there should be more pockets/bigger pockets on a lot of garments, but just an FYI larger pocket bags on women's denim creates fit issues due to women's denim being tighter/more form fitting around the hips/thighs (even on "boyfriend" styles). With that said though, these ones look exceptionally small. I'm curious to know what cut/style of jeans these ones are. My guess is a low/mid rise skinny as those are pretty much impossible to put large pocket bags in without causing issues.

So, I have a theory... If these pants had larger pockets, I would surmise that the majority of women wouldn't like them because the pants are tight and the pocket would show through the jean.... just wear "Men's" jeans...find the cut you like and wear those. unless you want a tight "feminine cut" then the pockets won't work...

When I worked at the Gap many years ago I'd buy "mens" 30X30.

They (whoever :they" are) don't want women to look unshapely by carrying stuff in their pockets.

That’s always annoyed me. Many times female lounge wear doesn’t even have pockets. So annoying.

Makers of ladies' pants/dresses are in cahoots with handbag makers. Since women's clothes don't have pockets, then they have to buy hand bags for their knick-knacks.

This pisses me off! I can’t even put 3 animal crackers in some of the jeans I have…and they are essential pet treats!

Yeah it sucks, I always put my keys in my pocket in case some jerk grabs my pocketbook from me. That way I can at least get home. If anybody other than my son is here they would meet my 2 German Shepherds and alarm system. There are several relatives or friends houses I could stop at to call my son and 911 to have somebody check my house and I would have my son go buy new locks immediately while I call the bank to report stolen cards.

It's because of the old saying... "man with hands in pockets feels cocky all day!"

Ok I knew ours are smaller, but I never knew it was this much smaller. I would not need a handbag/ rucksack, if I had such pockets!

Simple solution: wear men's jeans.

If i was a woman i would buy man pants until someone has the bright idea to actually make the pockets bigger. Actually i am willing to bet my left nut that someone already has a company dedicated to making womans clothes with bigger pockets :D
