Tortik Annushka is a confectionary workshop in Moscow that surprises almost half a million of its followers on Instagram with magnificent cake designs that are, mind you, totally edible!
Even fashion magazines like Elle and Vogue have already made publications talking about these beautiful cakes that look like contemporary works of food art, or otherwise, magical treasures brought straight out of a fairy tale.
But don't take our word for it, scroll down, check the cool cakes, and have an eye feast yourself!

Wow... this is beautiful. It must have taken a lot of patience and skills to get this just right! ✨
I bought my daughter this painting, on canvas, when she graduated high school. It's her favorite painting. Then she and her soon-to-be husband picked their own cake for their wedding, it was delicious. Maybe I'll have one made like this for their 5th or 10th wedding anniversary.
My serving better have at least one of those thin-sliced pears on it. The look really lovely and delicious.
OOooohhhh...I love it!!! And I collect stones, so I could do the final decorating myself.
OOOooohhhh! Yes!! Blue, my favorite color of all time. It's beautiful.
I absolutely LOVE this cake! Dying to know what those lil balls are made of!
These are just to ugly for what I look for in a decorated cake. Where is the fun?!
After careful analysis it was found the Russian cakes were actually sleeper cakes. And make to spy on American chefs. Their purpose? to take Americas icing recipes for themselves.
They're all so cool and amazing, I wouldn't want to cut them. I'd want to preserve them as art and display them in my house.
I absolutely love the clean lines, modern shapes, the textures and the color combinations. Never seen cakes like these before. However, none of them made me want to eat them, and I am a sweet tooth. I guess it's because my brain doesn't associate the said lines, shapes, textures and colors with what food actually looks like.
Whoever makes those flowers is a God among pastry chefs. Those are difficult.
Very stunning, perfect, but they leave me cold. Is it the way they're displayed, or the fact that it doesn't look like there were hands involved, but more likely machines, printers, etc.?
