We need a vaccine against stupidity and selfish arrogance. I have cared for cancer patients with Chicken Pox (Died due to Varicella Encephalopathy), Measles (1 died of Sepsis, another survived with loss of eyesight, damaged hearing). It makes me want to weep.

Woman Refuses To Babysit Nephews Until Their Mom Addresses The Serious Problem They Have

NTA, unless this is not urgently and sensitively addressed. Close family (not inc. sister initially) needs to meet ASAP to highlight concerns and why/how they can be addressed. 5 yrs of denial of the hatred fueled verbal/physical attacks have led to a seriously dangerous situation. Puberty will hit v soon & left unchecked could lead to devasting injury or even death. Parents of those whose children have committed atrocities often say that they did not see it coming. If this situation was declared to me as a nurse, I would have to report this to the safeguarding team to investigate. Mum & children are in a precarious position. Psychopaths are often seen as decent people until they snap. As a family this needs to be sorted out NOW.

Point of information from an ED doc: If your reaction is bad enough to need to use an EpiPen, you MUST go to the Emergency Department afterwards. In a severe allergic reaction, the EpiPen might wear off before the allergic reaction has abated. EpiPens aren't there to "fix" allergic reactions, they are there to keep you alive long enough to make it to the ED.

Very few UK cat owners keep them as indoor pets, there is no reason to keep your usually indoor/outdoor cats inside. Any health concerns with the cats, get them to the vet promptly to minimise risk. I agree that the "friend" is not a friend and her treatment of you should be treated as an HR discussion. Her behaviour is completely unacceptable.
