Hope nobody eats that candy. Every year thousands of people get sick from salmonella passed to them by pet reptiles. Turtles, lizards, snakes and amphibians such as frogs can have Salmonella bacteria on/in their bodies, even when they appear healthy.

False. It means that there's an 80% chance of it raining. Think about it - suppose there's a 1% chance of rain tomorrow in your town. Does that mean that it'll rain in 1% of the town? No, it means that it's not going to rain! It's closer to meaning something like this: when you've had a similar set of weather conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure systems, fronts, etc.) in the past, it's been followed by rain the next day 1% of the time.
