What Was The Worst Experience You Have Ever Had?

In the 7th grade we had to do swimming in p.e. I got super anxious for no reason and every class I got a super bad stomachache.I had to ask to get out of the pool I front of the whole class, and everyone watched when I got out and left. Also, i had panic attacks a lot because of it. At the time, I didn't know what was going on with me, so I looked some stuff up and realized I had an anxiety disorder and was having panic attacks. I told my friends who was also in the class. She thought I was making it up and said she wished she had anxiety too so she could skip class. The whole two week unit was so miserable for me.
