Most items and art are not behind glass (two decades of working in museums) there's nearly always a children's area now, one parent can go look while the other watches kids then swap, or even better, go to an age appropriate place like a park.

Honestly I think businesses (and airlines are businesses) should simply be allowed to ask for certification that a service animal is indeed an actual accredited service animal such as a seeing eye dog, and be able to refuse any and all animals without such certification.

Recording everything. Recording fights. Recording car crashes. Recording traffic stops (your own or others) when cops have body cams and dash cams already. Recording people in the gym (yourself or others), recording in public and getting mad at pedestrians for ‘ruining the shot’. Heck, people were even standing there like insane people recording the Super Bowl parade shooting. Like dude…LEAVE THE AREA OR HIDE. Don’t stand there drooling with a phone in your hand for internet clout or to sell it to the news.

Emotional support dogs/pets pretending to be service dogs Dragging your dog every f-ing where. I love dogs,I foster dogs,I train dogs,I have 4 huge dogs....that don't go shopping/to festivals/everywhere with me. Also letting your dog with c**p recall off leash and thinking that screaming he's friendly makes it better. And not picking up your dogs s**t on hiking trails,that's just rude and ignorant. And petting strangers dogs,um no keep your hands to yourself please Those disgusting long nails some women sport like little wearable petri dishes. Somebody Asked People To Share Double Standards They Hate, And 50 Responses Were Spot-On

In some states they even require the husband's permission! I'm in Louisiana and technically still married to my ex. I had uterine cancer and needed a hysterectomy they wanted me to break a restraining order to have him come in with me to agree to sign off on a hysterectomy. I said f@ck that and went to another state which is sad that I had to do that but yeah women have no say over their bodies at all.

People Are Sharing Just How Cold Canada Got This Winter, And Here Are 30 Chilly Pics

An emergency alert was sent out across the southern province asking everyone to decrease their power usage because of the strain on the power grid or rolling outages would begin (in -40 and colder). People unplugged everything possible in their homes to prevent the rolling outage to prevent risk of freezing in their houses, while downtown offices/decor remained lit even though they were empty. It was disgraceful. P.S. people pulled together and lowered their usage DRAMATICALLY, preventing the rolling outages. It was an amazing response by our communities.

I hate to be dark but, as a gymnastics coach: people like Larry Nassar and my own coach As a gymnastics coach myself, I have to be extremely careful how I touch a kid in a sport where I have to….pick them up and move their body around and stuff. And obviously, I’d never purposefully put my hand in an inappropriate spot, but if I accidentally do while saving a kid from falling or something I have to profusely apologize and feel anxious. 99% of the time, the kid doesn’t even notice I grabbed them or something. Or, they don’t care because they’re happy I saved them from snapping their neck. Some gyms ban coaches from giving a kid a hug and whatnot. We have strict rules in the gymnastics world where two or more adults have to be with a kid if they are alone in the gym. Which hey, I support. When I train male coaches, I tell them to be extra careful since they are more likely to get accused. Groomers gonna groom, but if a guy accidentally brushes a girl’s boob when he spots her, it shouldn’t be world ending. With the abusers that people know of primarily being men, male coaches are watched like hawks. I can get away with a gaggle of little four year olds tackling me and laying on me for a group hug. A male coach has to be veeeery careful. But, it’s sad it has to be like that. I wish I could text a kid myself, set up a private lesson, meet them at the gym alone, we work on stuff, their parent picks them up. That’s not reality. People should just…not be weird to kids. Adults should be respectful and not abuse their privilege and a child’s innocence. Now, people have a terrible perception of the sport I love because of the abuse myself and others faced. And, I don’t blame them.
