jaskola, unfortunately you're wrong - this painting was finished exactly on the day of his death. In last email (to Piotr Dmochowski, from 18:45, 21.05.2005) Beksinski wrote: "I send picture pic of painting, which I finished today, with a piece of sheet no-sheet. 98/98 format". So this was the last painting he was working on and finished :)
