Rush, a movie from 2013 about a topic I ironically couldn't care less about: Formula 1 racing. It's a movie by Ron Howard, starring Chris Hemsworth, Olivia Wilde and Daniel Bruehl who absolutely got unfairly snuffed at that year's Oscars for this.
The movie is about the rivalry between real-live race drivers James Hunt and Nicki Lauda, based on true events (even though exaggerated a bit for the dramatic effect). The way the story tells about the relationship between the two characters - seriously, so good. Has me in tears by the end every time I watch it. Even though I have never and will never care for race driving.

'Ma Vie as a Courgette' (2016). When I watched it at 7 I was OBSESSED and I asked my friends if they knew it and they thought I was crazy bc of the name. Still love it, it's a wonderful movie.
And But I'm a Cheerleader (1999). Some of my friends know it because I told them but none of them have watched it.

Hey Pandas, Whats The Stupidest Spam Text You've Gotten?
Someone claiming to be the police saying I have a ticket for speeding or something.
I have no license, no car.
My daughter got the same text.
I just laughed. Very poor attempt to scam people.
City police said they are aware of the scam.

Pandas, Please Share A Wholesome Perspective
Please give this one a chance before you down vote. During the US 2016 election, none of my family remotely liked either candidate (Clinton vs Trump) but several of them leaned right and voted for Trump. Several years later, we were hanging out with a close friend of ours who is very liberal. Somewhere in the conversation, Trump came up and someone mentioned the election. Our friend was quiet for a bit and then she said "You know, I always thought that anyone who voted Trump was racist and bigoted...but you guys aren't. I don't know how to feel." That stuck with me because I feel like a lot of us feel that tension over our political divides. There are legit, caring and cool people on both sides. That particular friend really helped me as a person because she challenged some of my core beliefs and helped me understand that even if I don't agree with her choices...she does hold values that I also value and we are both just doing our best.beanersalad reply
Stayed in an airbnb recently that was pretty insane. It was a shared space with several other people in it, but I had my own private room and small living room with a mini fridge and counter. I stayed in room and barely came out since covid-19 quarantine measures had just started to be enacted. Pretty soon after getting there I started having shortness of breath and vertigo. I started finding drawings in a sketchbook I had that I had no memory of drawing. I didnt speak to anyone for days and started getting really paranoid that someone was going to try to come into my room while I slept. After about a week there I thought I had already died and everything I was seeing was a hallucination to get my mind ready for death. I lived with that and other weird thoughts for another week till I read something on reddit about carbon monoxide poisoning. Called the gas company and turns out, sure enough there was a natural gas leak in my room. Lucky to be alive. Took weeks to get the host and airbnb to even compensate me for my stay.Hey Pandas, Tell Us Your Biggest Secret
No idea if I’m really straight. It kinda doesn’t matter to me. I guess I would like to find out, but right now I’m happy being straight (I love you, LGBTQ+ community, but it’s quite dangerous for me in a highly conservative community. Even if I go to the states I have to deal with being Asian and the expectations that come with it, so I’m putting this off until I have my life together academically.) This could very well be just me exploring my own identity, being a teenager and all, but if anyone has any advice on how to proceed about this, I would be really grateful.beanersalad reply
