I'm not going to his class and telling the kids to be his friend. I'm giving him the tools to instigate conversations. The same way you practice catching or kicking a soccer ball with a kid. The way you help a kid by teaching him to read or do math. I'm not playing the sport or taking the test for him. It's up to him to ask and answer questions about the bag.

I don’t mind him being an introvert. In fact, I’m an Introvert, too much to my dismay. I’m just giving him the tools to navigate the extrovert world. I wish I had the comfortability to speak up in groups.
