I have nothing to say except that raisins and wasps are vile and should be deleted from earth.

What Would You Do If You Were A Multi-Billionaire?
I’d build my family houses, go to Paris and all over Europe, donate and volunteer a large amount of money and time to the sober living homes that helped save my life, set up a nonprofit to help single moms in sobriety go to/finish school, find decent housing, provide childcare, etc. I’m fortunate in that my family supported me throughout my recovery but many have no one and need a helping hand to get on, and stay on, the right path. What Would You Do If You Were A Multi-Billionaire?
I would slap whoever I feel like. Why? Because I'm rich. And because what are they going to do about it? All the other rich people do whatever they please, so why not me? You know, I might just do that anyways. Either that, or I'll become batman. Depends on how I'm feeling. What Would You Do If You Were A Multi-Billionaire?

I don't really know how I want to word this, so I'll just tell you the story. This past Sunday at 2:34am, my cat/son George was euthanized because he was so sick. Naturally, I was very, very, very close to my son and I took it extremely hard. I didn't go to work on Monday, but did show up to work on Tuesday. So the math so far is I've lost my son less than 72 hours, and it was just 48 hours before then that I quite literally collapsed in grief. What I'm trying to say is: I was very visibly upset, frequently crying, really quiet, etc. A customer had noticed that I was upset and asked if everything was okay. I had hit a place in the day where I felt like I could open up to total strangers about what was wrong, and so I told her. It turns out she lost her cat the same weekend in the same manner. She told me she hopes I take comfort in knowing George was no longer suffering and that my husband and I made the right decision. She paid for her groceries and left. She came back not even 30 minutes later with a single wrapped gerbera daisy. She said, "This is for George, okay?" before leaving. Her kindness spoke absolute volumes. She was grieving the loss of her own pet, but when she saw a total stranger- a cashier, who many customers regard as being inhuman, no less- mourning the loss of their pet too, she reached out and offered an ear and genuine condolences. No hidden agenda, no ulterior motives- just genuine compassion.Hey Pandas, If You Had A Theme Song, What Would It Be?

Got a Nanny job at a really nice Private Golf Club Baby sat for this family in the past really nice family liked them alot went over at the house at 6 pm Kids Were instructed by parents to go to bed by 7 PM (About 4 Kids). The Parents with friends went out to dinner and to a bar (i'm assuming). Kids were really well behaved, they all went to bed at 7 PM and i just watched TV until parents came back. Parents didn't come back until 2 AM but they drunkenly paid me over 1000 dollars for "babysitting" the kids. tried to refuse that much for only 8 hours and they insisted. Contacted them the next day and told them how much they paid me and i couldn't accept it all of it that it was too much. they said no keep it its all yours! but then a few minutes later they texted me and they said okay just come next weekend and baby sit if you can and it will make up for the difference of what we paid. I said okay and went there the following weekend and they said just say here watch for a few minutes ill be right back the guy comes back and says " thanks for watching the kids for 20 Minutes Were going to head out for the rest of the year we will let you know if we need a nanny when we come back" I laughed and said okay have fun headed out to my car. There was an envelope on my car windshield sat in my car and opened the envelope and there was a letter that said "This is for babysitting and being honest with us when we were under the influence please let this money help you in any way that it can" and gifted me 5000 additional dollars so 6000 all together Cried in my car and left Autumn Artemis • upvoted an item 2 years ago
