What Drew You To The People You Now Love?
They kinda just adopted me as their own. My best friend of almost 13 years: our moms were bffs and they decided to meet us. She just kinda went "mine now" after meeting each other a few times and we've been sisters ever since. My three friends in high school: all my friends in middle school left me behind (I went to a K12) and I had known this girl since the 3rd grade but never really talked. We had one class together where we were the only freshman and she just kinda went "mine now, go socialize with the group I already have." Did that with the other two and when the massive group left during covid, it was just the four of us. Bestie in church: the pastor decided to team the two of us up to work the Facebook Live feed during service. After talking for a bit she looked at me dead in the eye and went "hey bestie you're mine now" and that was that. Apparently everyone thinks I'm theirs now cuz they've all adopted me as their own
