18 Comics With Weird And Unexpected Endings That I Created To Make People Laugh (New Pics)
Hi, I'm Tang Yau Hoong, an illustrator and artist. Life is a wonderful journey and I believe it is all about perspective. If we change the way we look at things, the things we look at could change.
I hope you enjoy these random ideas amidst the mundane and challenging days in life. When we are born, we are intensely curious about the world around us. Let's keep the curiosity in our hearts alive and look beyond what we see!

I started my career as an illustrator back in 2007, but my illustration style is completely different from my comics. Apart from my personal projects, they are mainly for commercial projects ranging from editorial to advertising, branding, marketing, and book cover art. Throughout my illustrator career, I have explored different illustration styles and gradually settled on a combination of surreal, minimalist and conceptual approaches.
Illustration is still my favorite form of art and I haven't really tried other forms but look forward to it in the future. Fine art painting would be one of the art forms that appeal to me. As for comics, I am still trying to explore different styles from time to time.
I hope people will find a little happiness in my comics and perhaps get inspired by those unexpected endings. Curiosity sparks new ideas so let us look at our mundane daily lives from a different perspective.
Watermelons. They have long-a*s hair and are tasty and beautiful.
For those who want to become comic artists but lack the knowledge on how or where to start, I would say just start making whatever comes to your mind and see how things go. Focus on your own style but don't be afraid to try new things at the same time (sounds contradicting, I know...). We can find inspiration literally everywhere so what we really need is some observation and patience.
Right now, I'm working on two very different projects. The first one would be a new magical realism illustration series drawn in a completely new style. I'm very excited about this as I have never spent so much time illustrating a single artwork (probably 100+ hours)! The second one is my comic series which I'll be continuing making but I will be posting them on a new Instagram account that is dedicated to my future comics.
*Pan out to dad talking to child* “…And that’s how light bulbs work.”
Should have been wearing their darn masks. But maybe that's at least why the last four are ghosts. /Joking
