There's a certain ironic element to reading comics about everyday life to escape one's own. Sometimes comics are so similar to what we experience day to day that there's literally only one difference, one being real and the other one fictional. And still, we flock to read all about it to kill some of our own time.
But it's all good fun. The Warheads comics are about the misadventures of their two characters Jim and Brian and their daily lives. Here, some things carry on for more than 4 panels and spill out into other narratives, the characters are lively and active, and have their own life, in a sense.

The story follows Jim and Brian, two completely different opposites of the spectrum. Neither one is the other's sidekick, they just like to hang out together, apparently, and have their own little misadventures. Sometimes they meet just by accident, and sometimes they have a situation that arcs over a few comics.

This, totally this, every time I see some passive aggressive note on someone else's bad parking I think "You don't know, unless you were right there when they parked, YOU.DON'T.KNOW!"
Unless they are deliberately parked directly in the center of 4+ spots or parked across spots instead of in them (perpendicular to the lines).
Load More Replies...aka civilisation, where having an SUV would be embarrassing.
Load More Replies...When the parking lot is all snowy so people just park by other cars and then the snow melts and it looks like no one can park in the lines...
The blue SUV had to park like that because there was a car parked wrong in the space next to it.
Lucky. Instead of getting notes I come back to those long scratches clearly made by a key or bangs from a car door.
This is why ill be parking in the back. My maneuverability is pretty bad right now and i dont wanna bother anyone. Walking more is fine its good foe me and i dont have to deal with ignorant passive agression
I witnessed someone trying to leave a note only to have the vehicle owner pushing her daughter in a wheelchair. The embarrassment on the note writer's face was priceless. Just because there is disabled parking spots doesn't mean there is always one available. You know what they say about assumptions...
This is just one of the reasons why I won't park in between jerks parked like this. Break the cycle, park somewhere else.
But sometimes you do know. Had someone park so close to me that I could not open my passenger back door to put my infant sons csrseat in its base. The car on the other side of the guy was there where I got there. Both of us were in our respective spaces and the douche canoe was parked caddy corner in the space in a way that allowed him to open his front door of his over compensating truck. Took a picture with my phone, went back in Walmart, had it printed, wrote a note, stuck it to their windshield. Got my son in the car via the drivers side. Thankfully the car in front of me was leaving, so I was able to ull forward. Because there was no way for me to back out without damaging my vehicle amd theirs. And I wasn't about to be responsible for that. Also, cleaned my vehicle out and left the trash in the back of their truck. I was in a mood that day. Usually I leave it be and say nothing, do nothing. After that incident, I got the I Have Kids Park Too Close And I'll Ding Your S**t decal.
Pt2: I have watched people park next to me, get out, see the decal, look at how they parked, and occasionally (if they crap parked) get back in their vehicle and repark in the space correctly, then see me loading my vehicle and comment on liking my sticker. Lol Have was in a situation once where there 2 vehicles over taking either side of a parking space, and it was the only space available that wasn't across the street, and my vehicle was JUST small enough to fit, but I wouldn't be able to open my doors, but in turn, neither would they. One parked in, the other out. Did I wait for the owners of vehicles to leave? No. How did I get out? Mf sunroof. 🤣 My 4 month pregnant ass climbed out my sun roof, much to the entertainment of a few fellow people looking for parking spaces, and went in to my doctors appointment. The car on my driverside was gone when I came out of my app. No note, nothing thrown into my open sunroof. Still not sure if I am relieved or disappointed about that. 🤔
Load More Replies...Jim is seemingly armless, but what he lacks in arms he repays in words. He's often irritated, snappy, and cynical, but deep inside, I believe he became so because he got mad at the Creator (a metaphor for its artist) for not giving him any visually interesting features.
Brian is a pretty chill dude that seems to attract bad luck. He's a nice guy. Nothing ever seems to go right for him, he doesn't appear as the hero of the comic though he actually is, which is why many people find him more relatable than Jim.
I wish these were in order chronologically, (its still funny though. I feel bad for chad...)
What these comics lack in output they compensate in their narrative. The stories may go on for more than a few strips and remain perfectly contained within the boundaries of a single comic strip. It makes for sustainably punchy story that may go on forever without losing it's edge.
That newspaper article is funny as hell. I had to zoom in on it but it's cute
That's life sometimes it's just takes you picks you up and spits you out again
We haven't heard from any "creators" for over 2000 years but people still eagerly await their return
Very original and fun comic. I look forward to seeing more misadventures of Jim and Brian.
These comics are amazing. It's like you went, "Fourth wall? Never heard of it."
Yeah they always get that way due to upvotes and down votes.
Load More Replies...i didn't click the link but there really is a webtoon called Absolutely Unsure. huh. (weird way to advertise though, if you're not a bot i'd advise you to stop)
