The trolly car problem is really a trick question, because the question is: can you be held morally responsible for the outcome of the scenario? And the answer is no. It's clearly no. It doesn't matter what you do. For all intents and purposes, it's completely out of your hands. I mean, who the heck put me in charge of the lever? Someone has some explaining to do, and it ain't me.
