A month ago, I started something that brings me great joy, and I hope triggers emotions, thoughts, and smiles when reading. I mixed two of my passions: leadership and illustration. The webcomic explores the topics of leadership, creating strong teams and daily struggles when working with people.

Love this one! Bosses always pretend that they know everything(but they will let you do it / find the way to do it, because it is your job ... they are like 'if it was my job, I would do it with total ease, but hey, this is your job, you have to do it, you are the stupid,' - I have found my colleagues hate this one most of all!!!), that they don't make mistakes, they don't like to apologize (because they would lose their "authority") and sometimes asking for help is what can cure the damage from the previous three ... makes you "come back to Earth" in your colleagues eyes ...
