Comic: The Singing Cave
Have you ever had one of those dreams which steps out of the land of Nod and into reality?
The other night I had one, which I didn’t remember until the mid-afternoon of that day.
I then retold the dream to my wife.
It started out with me wandering in a weird landscape where I encountered a magical cave which had singing emanating from it. The acoustics of the cave, it’s resonance and echo, were so audibly pleasing that I thought, “I bet my Tuvan Throat Singing* would be incredible here!”
I started singing.
Sure enough, it was amazing. The echoes were crazy good!
After I relayed my dream to her, I asked my wife what she thought of it.
She said, “Yeh, that explains why you and the dog were grumbling to each other all night long!”
I laughed.
My wife, not so much.

I once had a dream where I was playing baseball. I accidentally hit myself in the leg with the bat during the game. When I woke up I had a bruise on my leg in the exact same spot! I hadn't been hurt in the days before the dream, and to this day I still wonder how I got that bruise!
