This is a selection of my latest illustrations as a coffee artist done with coffee and brown pencil on watercolor paper. Working mostly with portraits means that I recreate reference pictures but after giving them a personal interpretation, the result is not a 100% faithful reproduction.
Tattoos, hats, flowers, clothes,... give me the opportunity to create more intrincate illustrations and offee is a complex, unique product whose worth goes beyond just a drink.

Don't you get fed up with brown after a while. You ever fancy yellow or red.........??
No, I don't. I draw more stuff besides coffee (coloured pencils, black and white,...) but coffee it's my favourite technique :)

Amazing! Do you mix the coffee with some paint to make it thicker or do you just make coffee and use it as it is? Doesn't the coffee leak trough the paper? Or do you use thick paper like for oil-paintings? Sorry for all the quostions i'm just an artaddict.x
Great work! Now I know that coffee is not just a morning/evening companion
Coffee, tea and other colored drinks can be a great substitute if you don't have watercolor. It works really well. Great post!
Your second name should be "Talent"... I really like each drawing of yours... And using coffee is also a good idea... Congrats... :)
