I'm Lim Heng Swee, an illustrator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Recently, I started to explore minimal landscape drawing styles and found that the curves and shapes of the land have a lot of similarities with the curve and shape of the cat. I tried to blend the two elements together and the resulting cat illustrations are surprisingly great. It's like the surreal view you can see if you landed on a cat planet which is super cool! I have spent 20 days creating 20 drawing ideas for this series, hope you'll enjoy them as much as I am creating them. Cheers.
If you're interested, you can find my previous cat drawings here, here, here and here.

I love this art. These would make beautiful prints to hang on home walls.
The artist really knows cats, and the drawings are just minimally drawn but full of the essence of meaning. Bravo!
cant decide which one i should take as my new mobile background picture. i looove them all!
I really enjoy the images that you created. Minimalistic with sometimes a hidden cat or sometimes many kitties to observe, usually napping. Your use of negative space is exemplary and, at times, unexpected. Keep up the good work and don't forget to market what you have. Great Job!!!
These are great. They are so sleek, smooth and sneaky. Just like the felines who walked into my life and home, knowing they were now in charge and I was working for them. They made it clear from day one that everything I owned was really only mine to borrow from them. Clothes without cat hair was a crime of fashion they could not allow to happen. It's against their religion or DNA structure or something.
