A Boy And His Cats: I Document The Bond Between My Boys And Their Cats
A few years back we got our first family pet, a Ragdoll cat named Lucy. A year later we got another one and named her Irie. I fell in love with documenting these friendships, and a project was born.
Each of my boys shares a different relationship with the cats. My oldest son is by far the most obsessed with the cats. He tries to smuggle one in to his bedroom every night.
We couldn’t have asked for better cats. Lucy is our dog/cat, she begs for food, likes belly rubs, and wants to be near you at all times. Irie is the playful fun one and is often a playmate for my youngest son when his brothers are off at school.
Some of the images are constructed by me, but many are real life moments, often captured with my phone.

He one with the white Christmas lights is just perfect! Love that one! - All are so cute.
Lovely! Obviously a rewarding relationship for the children as well as the animals.
Beautiful boys, beautiful cats.May I respectfully suggest that if you get additional pets u consider rescue animals instead of bred ones.
