I love pickles, and as you know, different pickles go with different foods. Right now, I have hamburger chips, kosher dills, bread and butter pickles, sweet gherkins, okra pickles, green olives, and pepperoncini. What kinds do you keep on hand?

I've got some kosher dills, sweet pickle relish (for my husband; I can't stand the stuff), and my favorite - kimchi. I'd love some Japanese pickles, like takuan, but I haven't been to the Asian market in a while.

The only thing I use sweet relish with is a hot dog, and even then it's optional. I've never been brave enough to try kimchi.
