Some people couldn't care less about their birthmarks or their placings, but for some, it is a real self-esteem problem. Creative, though unless you're already someone interested in having tattoos, then potentially excessive and/or unnecessary. Birthmarks may change with age. There is a modest risk of the tattoos not quite making sense over time depending on the design. There is also the risk of dark tattoos hiding skin issues, especially start of skin cancer. It is a trade-off.

Every one of these is outstanding, creative and original. No one has to cover up their marks/scars but if you want to, these are great.
