Beautiful Portraits Taken At The Holi Festival Of Colors In India
Jorge Pozuelo is a Spanish photographer from León, who has been working for more than ten years in Madrid now. He’s specialized in taking people’s portraits and he loves traveling the world with his camera whenever he can.
Three years ago he started his own photography school in Madrid, called ‘Blanco y negro estudio’ where everyone who wants to improve their photography skills and share their passion for art is welcome.
For this photo series he traveled to India to attend the colorful Holi Festival. The Holi Festival, also known as the ‘festival of colors’, is an Indian and Nepali spring festival celebrated all across the Indian subcontinent. It signifies the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, the end of winter, and for many it’s a festive day to meet others, play and laugh, and forget and forgive.
Jorge used the Olympus OMDII camera to take his pictures and didn’t put any protection or cover on top of it as the objective was to do a leak test.
