She also believes that encountering a person who judges you for your parenting choices with little kids puts you in a difficult situation. There’s no easy way out and one has to listen to their intuition. “It is almost as if you are damned if you respond, damned if you don’t,” Sia said. “You know what is best for your own family so trust your gut and don’t care what anyone else says or thinks.”

Okay I’m familiar with this woman. She spends all her time commenting on every famous person on Instagram’s posts to build up her followers. She clearly “poses” with her kids in her posts and yes she does seem more concerned with her looks than she does her kids. Please don’t just read about this one post and assume you know she’s a good mom or whatever, I blocked her on Instagram because I got so tired of her thirst for fame. Also working out while pregnant or with kids is probably a good idea, but working out while pregnant and then make daily post about it on social media just make you seem attention seeking. I see right through her.

I came to this post and I had some mixed feelings. There is a picture of her drinking around her kids which made me pretty concerned but after reading it I was surprised to find myself thinking "oh, that doesn't sound too bad." I would like to thank you for pointing BS when you see it, as its good to see the full story.

Lol who cares if she’s seeking attention, if some one wants to post let them post and if you don’t like it then don’t look at it. The biggest problem these days is that people can’t mind there own business. She’s a mom her kids look happy, and healthy. So if you have a problem some one posting positive things then go check your self coz your the one with problems.

I literally had NO idea who this chick was before I read this article (and I don't have instagram). And yeah, my first impulse was this was just a narcissistic grab for attention. "I was called a 'bad mom' because I have abs! Seriously...look at my abs, aren't they great?" Yeah...calling BS here.

That's promoting her business... As a personal trainer, you kind of need to emphasize working out, eating right, staying for, etc. Also, you chose to follow her, that's why you saw her content. If you unfollow her, you don't see it anymore. Blocking her was for your own senses of retaliation. Seems pretty petty....
