Art is a perfect way to communicate and highlight all the issues and problems that arise. It is also a means to open people's eyes and let them finally see things that were swept under the rug and not touched for the longest time.

German artist Steffen Kraft, also known as Iconeo, creates thought-provoking illustrations that enable one to self-reflect and to see the world from a different point of view. Bored Panda has shared his artworks with you pandas before (you can find them here). Since that time the artist created some more profound illustrations. His drawings are impressive and communicate important messages that come from observing our modern society. Which one is the most relatable to you?

Steffen also creates other witty art that you can check out on his Instagram account, as well as Facebook, Twitter and other social media. What are your thoughts on these artworks? Were they inspirational for you as much as they were for us? Don’t forget to leave a comment below!

Then don't. Make something. Invite people over. Give people experiences than a bunch of stuff they could buy themselves.

My policy is to do maintenance messages. Just go down the list of people and anyone you haven't messaged for over a month, send one asking after them.

You must be really young, because all us 'old folk' remember when each of these activities would have included using a writing instrument in some way.

Pencils, people. Remember that thing called 'writing'? Seriously. Have we already forgotten? And no, I don't think the second panel means 'dummy with a pencil'. Rather that 'writing' on Facebook, is a 'pacifier' for the masses (all the people in the world). The first panel means we use LinkedIn to apply for jobs and create a career oriented profile about ourselves in place of the resumes, cover letters, and thank you cards we used to create on paper. The third is just sharing our daily activities with others on Instagram vs our ancient way of doing this, which was to show pictures of ourselves and maybe write on the back of the photo about what is going on in it, and the fourth is looking for romantic connections on Tinder instead of (and I bet very few of you remember or even know about this) posting want ads in the section of the newspaper which used to be called something like 'singles', 'connections', 'missed connections', or 'man seeking woman' and the like.

Linkedin- sharing business/resume/achievements Facebook- sharing your family photos Instagram- sharing filtered photos of yourself Tinder- sharing your body At least that's my understanding of this art.

I do not get this at all, about the pencil thing and why are they being represented differently according to the social media, like facebook is a dummy with pencil?

I guess the pencil means writing/sharing? So Facebook is sharing about being a mom/sharing baby stuff. Normally these are criticism though, i don't really get what's bad about these. Of course you're sharing different things on tinder than on LinkedIn lmao

I would relabel the Facebook one to Twitter (why does meta/Facebook get 2 positions in this meme)

I don't get it. The pencil is somehow transcendental on Instagram? What is the significance of the pencil?

It would make a big difference. If you are somewhere with no public transport - or sketchy P.T., then really, you need one. I mean, your spouse is having a heart attack, and you know ambulance will take like an hour to get there, you need a car. Ditto if you have a job interview. PT will never get you to a job interview on time.
