Anxiety is the monster of today’s world 🌎. Two out of three people suffer from it. But whenever and wherever you get it know these tree things: 1. You have done this before. 2. You are not alone and 3. IT WILL BE OKAY. When you start feeling an anxiety attack come on, Breathe. It may be hard to, but force yourself to do it. Also, if you can, get active. Pace your room, go on a run, walk your dog. Sitting on your bed, in a corner , on the couch, etc. You will just turn Yourself into a mess. Getting your mind off it can also help. Read a book, get into a conversation, or watch tv.
