Once I took part in Russian horse hunting and want to share with you how it was.

Russian horse hunting with greyhounds was once a cult, a grand amusement for aristocrats, for which costumes were made, unique breeds of dogs, and horses were bred.

Today such a hunt has turned into a theatrical performance, the opportunity to try on beautiful costumes and feel like an aristocrat and show off in front of numerous cameras.

It’s a humorous look at the reconstruction of Russian horse hunting from a photographer’s and a horse rider’s perspective. No animals were injured during the event.
