Meet Heather Bairs, aka Sprinklebakes – a pastry chef, cookbook author, freelance recipe developer, photographer, and creator of these amazing cookies! Before Heather fell in love with baking, she was an artist. Now as a baker, she uses that love for art to create all kinds of creative confections, such as these cookies. The base is dark chocolate sugar cookies and they’re topped with an Aurora Borealis marbled fondant. The best part? You can make them too, as Heather wrote some descriptive instructions on her blog!
