My 25 Comics About Adorable Animals That Show A Good Example For Us Humans (New Pics)
I created a heartwarming comic about an alligator called ‘Buddy Gator’ to spread positive vibes. I never expected to receive so much love and support, more than 680k followers on Instagram so far! Thanks to everyone for being part of Buddy Gator’s journey. I’m looking forward to sharing more Buddy Gator stories with you guys! Lots of love.
Buddy Gator is a good and friendly alligator. Maybe we all need a buddy like him when we're having difficulties.

I have loved drawing since I was a child. I read a lot of comics and watched a lot of cartoons that I now remember with a warm feeling inside of me. That inspired me to become an artist myself. I hope my work can bring some good memories to others too, one day.
I started the Buddy Gator comics around 2 years ago (26 June 2020) at the start of the global pandemic. It was a time when everyone experienced some form of hardship, and I wanted to create something that gave people a little bit of happiness.
I was thinking to create a cute main character for the series, instead of a typical "cute character" like teddy bears, cats, bunnies, etc. I thought that the main character should be something special, that's why I chose the alligator.
Alligators can scare us sometimes: long mouths, sharp teeth, and strong, scary tails. Yet, I think alligators can be warm and sweet too, even if that’s not what the camera shows us. So in Buddy Gator, you find a different kind of alligator, a warm and friendly alligator. It’s like in our real lives when what we see is mostly on the surface, while the true personalities lay underneath.
For those who aspire to become comic artists one day, I advise you to work hard and keep on trying, I'm sure you will find the right track one day. Social media is the best place to start, you can also submit your comics to Bored Panda, it does help to give more exposure to our comics!
Yes, from my own experience I know that it´s a hard job to "tame" your mane, I´m just growing my hair back on top and on the sides of my head (on the backside they were always long in the last years), I use a hairbead outside because my mane is not long enough to "rake" all the hair behind the ears yet. But soon...
I think Trevor is perfect exactly the way he is. Look at that adorable tum!
