I would like to note here that there has not been a single shred of physical evidence that Heard was abused. Her claim that she always carried that one specific makeup compact throughout her relationship to hide her bruises was proven false, as the compact was not released until well after their relationship. No one has testified to seeing injuries on her body, and many have testified that they never saw injuries. Additionally, she shows no emotion at all throughout the testimony, while Depp shows naturally reactive emotions to what's being said and what he's saying. Lastly, many of his former partners have testified not only that he never abused them, but also that such a thing would be completely out of character for him.

As the victim of partner abusive for 10 years, no, she was not abused. He might have started to fight back, but that is not abuse. That is your attempt to preserve your life and stop the abuse. There is a world of difference there. And I can see in his eyes everything I felt toward the end when I really realized I was being abused. I had a friend in high school who was always lying about boys who liked her. I could always tell when she was lying. It was something about her eyes. I don't remember now what it was they did, but they did something. I never told her I knew she was lying because she would probably have slapped me. She did that once when I disagreed with her about the day we got our report cards the last time. I didn't speak to her for months after that. She liked to hurt me.

It probably comes under psychology. That's probably what they have to study, something in that field.

Andrei I am loving the absolute confidence you have in yourself about something I assume you have never experienced because if you have had depression, wouldn’t that make you a bad person?? I laugh while I have tears streaming down my face because I am uncomfortable with people feeling pity for me. You don’t have to believe everything from this article but there are multiple things here that are absolutely scientific facts about the human body and disposition. Try reflection! :)

because you're cynical and defying, not sad. sometimes, ironically, depression catches to bad people and, instead of using it as an opportunity for reflection, they express themselves through it. consider this an advice. who can't see the meanness on the "expert"'s face can't be ignored.

It's possible that he developed that response through the years, nevertheless that doesn't take away that he has been an abuser too. In fact most abusers and delinquent s end up in maladaptive behaviors because of their past abuse especially agressive men. Just look at the jail population & you will see the same background. Now some people work on improving their emotional condition to avoid becoming an up abuser, but if you add Drugs and alcohol, now the person is completely out of control and driven by bad emotions. That is his case. He is a substance abuse dependent. That doesn't help in his spousal relationship.

Fredy I was was an abused woman by parents, others & husband. Now in my senior years I've learned a lot. Hers is a very minor thing of occasional reactions to her being abuse. Now why don't you own all his violence physical, verbal, emotional, etc. I don't see you leveled here. Seems you are all on covering his side. Men covering men.
