When road workers in non-English speaking countries are given a job […put these tiles down the middle of the pavement], but don’t know why – some dangerously hilarious situations can arise. It's done poorly in many major cities and towns here in Indonesia.The pedestrian walks aren't safe even for ones with good senses.it's worse for ones suffering less than perfect senses.
